Wheat Field Session

If you follow my work, you’ll notice a reoccurring image that I use in a lot of ads/promotions/print work ~ mom and dad holding each other in the background while their very young daughter stands and looks at them. The emotion that image portrays has continued to motivate me in my photography work as I document families in all stages of life. But I’ve never shared this session with you…so here it is!

Captured in a wheat field on the south end of Red Deer, the sunset glow of this evening created dreamy images that are (in my eyes) ultimate perfection. The interaction between mom and dad with daughter is priceless and oh, so raw. THIS is what family is all about!

It’s such an honour to be part of my clients lives, even for such a small amount of time…
