Studio lights, extended family & halloween costumes.

Oh how I just adore the family I’m blogging about today. I’m lucky enough to say I’ve been photographing them for a couple years now! I truly can’t believe how much the girls have grown and changed since I first met them.

For this session, we took it into the studio as the weather was a bit chilly. I love using a simple cream and grey backdrop, it can help “pop” outfits and make your family the centre of attention (as you should be!)

Oh, and as you’ll see at the end of the photos below, the girls brought their halloween costumes for a couple of the photos. They hadn’t been able to capture them previously (last fall), so this was the perfect moment to do an outfit change and have some fun!

I admit that I had to do some head swapping in this session, as the girls had a variety of expressions, but in the end, we achieved a family picture that can hang proudly on their wall.
